Mr. Wesneski is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group, focusing on midstream and downstream energy sectors. He is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wesneski served as Vice President of M&A at Delek US Holdings, a publicly traded integrated downstream company in the United States. Before that, he spent several years at RBC Capital Markets, where he worked on various sponsor and corporate engagements covering the downstream and midstream energy sectors. Mr. Wesneski began his career in the leveraged finance group at BNP Paribas in New York.
Mr. Wesneski holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
