Mr. Wirgman is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He has more than two decades of M&A advisory experience and has worked extensively across a wide range of TMT subsectors. In his career, Mr. Wirgman has advised large multinationals, private equity investors, and founder-owners on numerous sales, acquisitions, and fundraisings. Mr. Wirgman is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Wirgman was a Managing Director at Oakley Advisory, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. While there, he focused on the communications and technology sectors and advised on the sales of Wavenet to Macquarie Capital; North to Livingbridge; and Excell to Wavenet. Before that, Mr. Wirgman was Head of TMT at Spectrum Corporate Finance, the largest independent corporate finance boutique in the south of England at the time. Earlier, he spent 10 years at KPMG, initially as an advisor to technology clients in the south regional market before moving into London in 2014 as Head of Technology and subsequently Head of TMT Corporate Finance.
Mr. Wirgman holds a BA from the University of Nottingham.
