Mr. Lechuga is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including industrials, manufacturing, and business services. Mr. Lechuga is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Lechuga has worked on numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-out transactions, with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $1.3 billion in enterprise value. His transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, operational data analytics, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lechuga spent three years in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, where he provided buyside and sellside accounting and financial due diligence to strategic buyers and private equity firms. Before that, he was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG, providing professional audit services to asset management companies in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
Mr. Lechuga holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
