Mr. Conrad is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group. He has more than a decade of industry experience. Mr. Conrad is based in the firm's New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Conrad was a Director in the Private Funds Group at UBS. During his tenure, he managed a number of buyout, growth equity, infrastructure, and other private investment fundraising processes for leading financial sponsors based throughout North America. Before UBS, Mr. Conrad was a Vice President at Probitas Partners, an independent placement agent for private equity fund sponsors, where he supported fund placement project management activities for private investment clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. He began his career as a Consulting Associate with Cambridge Associates, where he provided investment advisory services to college endowments, foundations, and private wealth clients.
Mr. Conrad holds a B.A. in International Relations from Stanford University and an M.A. in Finance from the Robert Day School at Claremont McKenna College. He is a CFA charterholder and CIPM certificant.
