Mr. Kubota is a Senior Vice President in the M&A team within Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Kubota was a Vice President at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2014 and has advised deals across a wide range of sectors, including various public and private transactions to clients mainly in the Kansai area.
Mr. Kubota holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Tokyo School of Engineering, Department of Systems Innovation.
