Mr. Spitzer is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Spitzer is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Spitzer has advised on capital raises spanning numerous industries and structures, including unitranche loans, 1L/2L term loans, delayed draw term loans, asset-based revolvers/loans, and unsecured notes.
Mr. Spitzer holds a B.B.A. with emphases in Accounting and Finance from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
