Mr. Spitzer is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Spitzer is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Spitzer has advised on approximately $6 billion of capital raises spanning numerous industries and structures, including unitranche loans, 1L/2L term loans, delayed draw term loans, asset-based revolvers/loans, and unsecured notes.
Mr. Spitzer holds a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
