Ms. Pan is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She manages recurring valuation engagements for several of the firm’s large alternative asset manager clients, providing valuation advisory and support across private equity, private credit, and growth capital investments. Ms. Pan is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Ms. Pan’s experience includes valuing a broad range of illiquid securities, including preferred equity, common equity, convertible securities, private loans, and other structured investments. She has particular experience with complex capital structures in venture- and growth-stage companies across a variety of industries.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Ms. Pan leads engagement teams and works closely with investment professionals, finance teams, valuation committees, auditors, and other stakeholders on valuation methodologies, governance, and complex or judgment-intensive valuation matters. She also supports Houlihan Lokey’s broader technical and valuation governance initiatives, including work related to the firm’s Technical Standards Committee.
Ms. Pan holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
