Ms. Masters is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. Her primary responsibilities include raising debt and equity capital for the firm’s clients, including private equity sponsors, sponsor-backed companies, founder-owned businesses, and privately held and public companies. Ms. Masters is based in the firm’s New York office.
In more than a decade at Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Masters has closed over 60 transactions to support leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, general corporate purposes, growth capital initiatives, and restructurings.
Ms. Masters holds a B.A. in Economics and French from Lafayette College and an MSF in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
