Mr. Noguès is a member of Houlihan Lokey‘s Debt Capital Solutions team within the Capital Solutions Group in France. With more than a decade of experience, he has worked on over 100 financing transactions, bringing expertise gained from both lending institutions and advisory roles. Mr. Noguès is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2026, Mr. Noguès was a Vice President in the Debt Advisory team at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in. Before that, he was a member of Société Générale’s Mid-Cap Leveraged Finance & Acquisition Finance team in Paris, following an earlier role within the bank’s FIG Coverage team in London.
Mr. Noguès holds a Master of Science in Banking and Financial Engineering from Toulouse Business School. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Excelia Business School and completed an academic exchange program at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba (Canada), where he further specialized in finance.
