Mr. Abale is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt capital to support leveraged buyouts, growth capital, recapitalisations, acquisitions, general corporate purposes, and restructurings. Mr. Abale is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Abale was an Analyst at Marlborough Partners, where he focused on raising debt capital for private-equity-owned and corporate clients in the DACH region, working on numerous transactions across all sectors. Before Marlborough Partners, he worked for Morgan Stanley’s credit team, focusing on leveraged finance. Previous to Morgan Stanley, Mr. Abale was an Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, covering leveraged finance and high-yield ratings.
Mr. Abale holds a BA from the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt.
