Mr. Cartier is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense & Government practice. His expertise includes sellside and buyside M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, and fairness opinions. Mr. Cartier is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Cartier has focused his investment banking efforts exclusively in the aerospace and defense sectors for nearly a decade and has advised on more than 20 transactions. His sellside transaction experience includes Gentex/Visionix to Thales; Chandler/May to Lockheed Martin; Aerocraft Heat Treating and Dickson Testing to Precision Castparts; Nex-Tech Aerospace to HM Dunn; and NIITEK to Chemring. In addition, Mr. Cartier has worked on divestitures for Orbital Sciences Corp., General Dynamics, and Conesys Corp.
Mr. Cartier graduated summa cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from George Washington University.
