Mr. Cho is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense & Government practice. His expertise includes sellside and buyside M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, fairness opinions, and capital raises. Mr. Cho is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
For more than a decade, Mr. Cho has focused his investment banking efforts exclusively on the aerospace & defense industry and has advised on more than 20 transactions. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he served as a Director in the aerospace & defense group at Lazard Frères and also spent several years at Jefferies Quarterdeck.
Mr. Cho’s transaction experience includes the sales of PneuDraulics to TransDigm Group, EDAC Composites to Meggitt PLC, Permaswage SAS to Precision Castparts, Noranco to MidOcean Partners, Consolidated Precision Products to Warburg Pincus, MidState Berkshire to Insight Equity, M Cubed Technologies to II-VI Incorporated, CMC Electronics to Esterline Technologies, Hi-Shear Technology to Chemring Group, and A.E. Petsche Co. to Arrow Electronics, among others. In addition, Mr. Cho has advised on various capital raises for AerGen Management Services, HM Dunn Company, Erickson Air-Crane, and Spirit AeroSystems.
Mr. Cho graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Business Economics the University of California, Los Angeles.
