Mr. Erbeck is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. With more than a decade of corporate finance and capital markets experience, he has an extensive background in technology investment banking, with a particular focus on B2B software. During his career in investment banking, Mr. Erbeck has advised founders, CEOs, CFOs, and boards of directors on strategic and capital markets alternatives. He is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Previously, Mr. Erbeck was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to GCA, he was an Associate in the Corporate Finance team at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, covering M&A as well as equity capital markets transactions.
Mr. Erbeck holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Studies from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has participated in an executive education program at Columbia Business School in New York and has studied at Copenhagen Business School as well as the European Business School in London. Prior to his studies, he completed a bank clerk training program with BHF-Bank in Frankfurt.
