Mr. Rolfes is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. His responsibilities focus on sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financings, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Rolfes in based in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rolfes worked for KippsDeSanto & Co. as a Summer Analyst in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Mr. Rolfes graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce and a minor in Mathematics.
