Mr. Samuels is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, focusing on the specialty ingredients and pet food sectors. He has advised on numerous sellside M&A and capital market transactions, as well as buyside M&A transactions and other corporate finance assignments. Mr. Samuels is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Samuels graduated with honors from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Accounting and a Master of Accounting Science (MAS). He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
