Eric Stovall

Director

Mr. Stovall is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he leads the team’s efforts in the healthcare sector. He provides private equity firms and corporate M&A teams with financial due diligence and other transaction advisory services. In addition to healthcare, Mr. Stovall also serves clients in other sectors, including business services, consumer, food, industrials, retail, and technology. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Stovall has a diverse array of experience, including serving as an expert witness and arbitrator in post-acquisition disputes. In addition, he has led add-ons, carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, and sellside assistance. The enterprise value of the transactions Mr. Stovall has served clients on ranges from $5 million to more than $10 billion. 

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Stovall worked at Alvarez & Marsal and was a Principal at KPMG, where he served as the Lead Partner for a Fortune 65 company and the Lead Advisory Partner for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. 

Mr. Stovall holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from Ball State University, where he now serves on the Executive Advisory Board for the Miller College of Business.
