Mr. Wodrich is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Restructuring Group. He has worked on a variety of restructuring and special situations transactions, including Cineworld Group, One Call Care Management, Peabody Energy, Carlson Travel, American Tire Distributors, Cloud Peak Energy, and Westmoreland Resource Partners. Mr. Wodrich is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Mr. Wodrich holds a B.A. in Honors Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated with distinction as an Ivey Scholar.
