Mr. Zelina is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group, focusing on developing and maintaining relationships with private equity firms, family offices, and other private capital investors across the East Coast. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Zelina has nearly a decade of experience working with private equity firms on M&A advisory, debt and equity capital raising, and special situations transactions across sectors. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group at TD Cowen (a division of TD Securities) and began his career at Piper Jaffray.
Mr. Zelina holds a B.A. in Economics and Government & Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
