Mr. Antonson is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice. He has more than two decades of valuation and financial services experience, specializing in performing valuations on a wide range of illiquid investments for private equity firms, hedge funds, and business development companies across industries and geographies. Mr. Antonson’s experience includes preparing valuations for the purposes of financial reporting, fair value measurements, business combinations, stock-based compensation, intangible assets and goodwill, and general corporate planning purposes. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Antonson was a Senior Manager at Empire Valuation Consultants, where he was involved in the valuations of equity interests, fixed income securities, derivative instruments, intangible assets, and bankruptcy and trade claims for private equity firms, hedge funds, business development companies, publicly traded companies, and closely held companies.
Mr. Antonson holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. He also holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Economics from New York University.
