Mr. Kistler is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He has more than a decade of transaction experience. Mr. Kistler is based in the firm’s New York office.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kistler has closed more than 50 transactions—including sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments for public and private companies—and completed successful transactions across all subsectors in healthcare, including physician practice management, outsourced pharma services, and retail multi-site, among several others.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kistler was with Moelis & Co., where he helped lead healthcare services M&A. Before that, he was a Managing Director at Edgemont Partners, a healthcare boutique investment bank.
Mr. Kistler holds a B.A. from Suffolk University.
