Mr. Lay is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Lay has nearly a decade of experience advising clients on valuations for a wide range of corporate purposes, including financial reporting, tax planning, strategic decision-making, and transaction support.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lay worked within the Valuation and Business Analytics practice at BDO USA, LLP, where he was responsible for valuation analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes.
Mr. Lay received B.S. degrees in Finance and Business Analytics from the University of Kansas.
