Mr. Humaid is a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, focusing on complex securities. He specializes in providing valuation advisory services and solutions for complex financial instruments and derivatives to corporate clients and is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Humaid served as a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Services, Complex Securities practice in Los Angeles, where he specialized in financial instrument valuation for financial reporting, tax, and management planning purposes. His specific areas of focus included custom equity derivatives, convertible debt and preferred instruments, contingent considerations, and credit risk analysis.
Mr. Humaid holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance, both from Boston University. He is a CFA charterholder.
