Mr. Bebawy is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Dispute Resolution Consulting and Financial Expert Opinions practice. He provides valuation and financial consulting services in connection with dispute resolution from the nascent stages of case assessment all the way through trial and appeal. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Bebawy has provided dispute consulting for complex litigations involving commercial disputes, shareholder disputes (appraisal and breach of fiduciary duty), business interruption claims, lost profits, fraud investigations, and economic damage measurement calculations. He has also provided services in connection with cases in the Delaware Court of Chancery, the United States bankruptcy courts, and various state and federal courts.
Mr. Bebawy has experience in many industries, including internet ecommerce, retail, intellectual property management, biosciences, energy and mining, and banking.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bebawy served as a Vice President at Willamette Management Associates, where he led its commercial damages analysis practice.
Mr. Bebawy holds a B.S. in Accounting from New York University and an MBA in Finance, Economics, and International Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser in business valuation with the American Society of Appraisers.
