Mr. Lombardo is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Lombardo has extensive experience advising clients on valuations of companies and private capital investments across various sectors and geographies. He is primarily focused on fairness opinions for M&A, continuation fund, and related-party transactions; valuation advisory for transactions and other strategic purposes; and portfolio valuation for private equity and private credit funds, hedge funds, and other institutional investors.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lombardo worked in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team in Milan, where he focused on M&A advisory, fairness opinions, valuations for financial reporting purposes, and preparation and review of business plans.
Mr. Lombardo holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Catania and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Bocconi University.
