Mr. He is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s global Industrials Group. He has more than a decade of corporate finance experience, particularly in the metals and engineered materials, recycling, and energy transition sectors. Mr. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. He worked as an Associate Director with HSBC’s Global Banking business in London. He began his career as an equity research analyst at Jarislowsky, Fraser Ltd., an institutional fund manager in Canada.
Mr. He holds a BCom from McGill University in Canada and an MBA from INSEAD. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
