Mr. Velez Moeller is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. Before joining the firm’s Madrid office, he was based in London.
Mr. Velez Moeller covers the Spanish market and has worked on a broad range of in-court and out-of-court financial restructuring engagements, working for debtors, creditors, and shareholders. His experience includes Aldesa, Avramar, Elsamex, Eurona (I and II), GHG Healthcare, Lecta (II), Naviera Armas (I and II), PRISA (III, IV and V), Pronovias, Telepizza, TP Ferro, and Wizink.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Velez Moeller worked in the Restructuring team at GLC Advisors & Co., participating in a variety of restructuring transactions, including Basic Energy, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and Smith & Wesson. Before that, he worked within J.P. Morgan’s Latin American Investment Banking team.
Mr. Velez Moeller holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University.
