Mr. Light is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with clients to raise debt capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalisations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Light is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Mr. Light spent three years in the Debt Advisory Group at GCA Altium prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. While there, he focused on raising debt capital for private equity and corporate clients, working on numerous transactions across all sectors. Before that, Mr. Light worked in the Debt Advisory and Restructuring team at Grant Thornton.
Mr. Light holds a BA from Durham University and an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
