Mr. Vescio is a Managing Director and has been a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group for more than two decades. He is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Mr. Vescio has been involved in numerous U.S. Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring transactions, including Westinghouse, American Airlines, American Tire Distributors, Peabody Energy, Parker Drilling, U.S. Airways, OneCall, Capmark Financial, Arch Coal, Indiana Toll Road, and Foresight Energy.
In additional to broad experience in restructurings on both the creditor and company side, Mr. Vescio has represented clients in a number of bespoke financings, M&A, and exchange offerings in a variety of contexts. From an industry perspective, he has executed a number of transactions in the airline, distribution, mining, monoline, specialty finance, basic industrial, and packaging spaces.
Mr. Vescio holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
