Mr. Cohen is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and growth capital initiatives, as well as for general corporate purposes. Mr. Cohen is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cohen was a Vice President at Jushi Holdings Inc., a publicly traded cannabis-focused investment platform. Earlier, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Before commencing his career in finance, Mr. Cohen played professional baseball for the Tampa Bay Rays.
Mr. Cohen holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
