Ms. Worrall is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. She has advised both private equity and corporate clients on a number of M&A transactions, with a focus on the technology and tech-enabled services sectors. Ms. Worrall is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Ms. Worrall was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, she was a member of Deloitte’s equity capital markets audit and assurance practice, where she gained five years of professional services experience.
Ms. Worrall holds a BSc in Finance and Economics from Lancaster University. She is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales.
