Mr. Owen is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is an experienced banker who has led debt deals across the U.K. middle market, from owner-managed businesses, private equity, and FTSE 250 companies, and has worked in both restructuring and origination in Edinburgh, London, and Manchester. Mr. Owen is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Mr. Owen was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA in 2020 and was a member of the Debt Advisory team. Before that, Mr. Owen was Co-Head of Strategic Debt Finance at Lloyds Bank.
Mr. Owen holds an LLB from Cardiff University.
