Mr. Mavredakis is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group, focusing on private equity, hedge fund, family office, and multi-asset fund coverage in New York and Philadelphia. He works with sponsors on a variety of activities, including M&A advisory, debt and equity capital markets, and special situations. Mr. Mavredakis is based in the firm's New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Mavredakis was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management in its middle-market direct lending group, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing loans across a broad range of industries in partnership with a number of financial sponsors. While there, he worked on more than 40 transactions totaling more than $4 billion in financing commitments. Mr. Mavredakis began his career at OneWest Bank as an Analyst in the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group.
Mr. Mavredakis holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University.
