Mr. de Reuver is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has more than 25 years of investment banking experience, including corporate restructurings, M&A, and the issuance of debt and equity securities. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. de Reuver has advised on a broad range of financial restructuring engagements across Europe involving, among others, En+ Group, Findus Group, Schoeller Arca Systems, Mercator, Endemol Group, Zim, Imtech, Autobar, van Gansewinkel, Vroon, Agrokor, Survitec, Curaeos, DTEK Energy, Petra Diamonds, Virgin Atlantic, Yunlin, and Keter.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. de Reuver co-managed the long-short portfolio strategy at Cycladic Capital and provided merger, acquisition, and issuance advice at Goldman Sachs.
Mr. de Reuver holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
