Mr. Ozdemir is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has extensive experience in the valuation of illiquid private assets, including private credit, private equity, restructuring alternatives, and real estate investments. Mr. Ozdemir regularly works with both financial sponsors and corporate clients for engagements related to M&A fairness opinions, fund opinions, business enterprise valuations, as well as mark-to-market assignments of private equity, private credit, and hedge fund exposures. His other roles also include investment due diligence for pre-acquisition and divestiture services to assist buyers and funds in special situations. Mr. Ozdemir is based in the firm’s London office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ozdemir worked for Deutsche Bank as a Financial Analyst within the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets Group in the U.S.
Mr. Ozdemir graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University and holds an MSc in Finance from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
