Mr. Lazarus is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense & Government practice. His expertise includes sellside and buyside M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Lazarus is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Lazarus has focused his investment banking efforts exclusively on the aerospace and defense sectors. His sellside transaction experience includes the sales of Sunvair Aerospace Group to Greenbriar Equity; BP Aerospace to ITP Aero; Applied Aerospace Structures Corp. to Greenbriar Equity; Aero Accessories to ATL Partners; Steel Industries to Forged Solutions Group; Cunico and Dynamic Controls to BWX Technologies; TenCate Advanced Armor to Agilitas; Draken International to Blackstone Tactical Opportunities; Precinmac to Bain Capital and Pine Island; and RSA Engineered Products to TriMas.
Prior to rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lazarus was a Private Equity Associate at Corridor Capital. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at D.A. Davidson.
Mr. Lazarus holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Claremont McKenna College.
