Mr. du Repaire is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. du Repaire was Director at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026. He joined Natixis Partners in 2017 and held several M&A positions, during which he advised financial sponsors, entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and corporates, with a focus on the consumer health sector.
Mr. du Repaire has more than a decade of experience in investment banking, having executed transactions notably in food supplements and cosmetics, from ingredients and CDMOs to brands.
Mr. du Repaire holds a master’s degree in Management from Paris Dauphine-PSL University.
