Ms. Schwalm is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice. She has experience advising clients on valuation analyses for financial reporting, fresh-start accounting, tax, and strategic purposes, including business valuations, purchase price allocations, and intangible asset valuations across various industries. Ms. Schwalm is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Schwalm was an Associate in the Economic and Valuation Services practice at KPMG LLP, where she was responsible for valuation analyses for financial reporting and tax purposes.
Ms. Schwalm holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a certificate in Investment Banking from Texas A&M University.
