Ms. Robinson is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice with a focus on the technology sector. She specializes in buyside and sellside financial due diligence, along with corporate carve-outs and refinancings. Ms. Robinson is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Robinson worked as a Manager in PwC’s transaction advisory practice in both Boston and in London, where she performed financial due diligence in the technology, retail, consumer, and leisure sectors across the North America, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Previously, she was with PwC’s assurance practice, where she primarily focused on private equity and other asset and wealth management clients.
Ms. Robinson holds a B.S.M. in Finance and a Master of Accounting from Tulane University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
