Mr. DellaFera is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. DellaFera worked for PJT Partners, where he was a Principal and spent more than eight years across the Private Equity and Private Capital Solutions teams within PJT Park Hill. While there, he was responsible for origination, execution, and distribution across the private markets, including primary funds, direct investments, GP-led and LP-led secondary transactions, and other structured solutions for institutional investors and financial sponsors. He began his career at J.P. Morgan.
Mr. DellaFera graduated cum laude with a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University’s School of Business.
