Mr. Talikoti is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services (CVAS) practice. He leads CVAS client services in India and the broader Asia region, works closely with the U.S.-based CVAS team to support client delivery needs, and assists CVAS clients with local Asia valuation needs. Mr. Talikoti has more than a decade of valuation and transaction advisory experience and has advised clients in sectors such as TMT, sports, real estate, manufacturing, e-commerce, and consumer products. He is based in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Talikoti was a Director with D and P Advisory, where he led and managed pan-India teams and client deliverables. Before that, he was a Vice President at Duff & Phelps/Kroll, where he was responsible for valuation advisory services operations in the Hyderabad region and assisted in the firm’s restructuring practice. While there, Mr. Talikoti led the Startup Advisory practice in Southeast India as well as the popular annual study, “IPL Brand Valuation Report.” He was also Editor of Duff & Phelps Singapore’s M&A deals publication, “Transaction Trail – 2014” during his stint in the firm’s Singapore office.
Mr. Talikoti holds a B.B.A. from Karnatak University and a postgraduate degree in Finance from the University of Leeds. He is a chartered member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
