Mr. Stoltze is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He focuses on the Specialty Distribution practice in Europe. Mr. Stoltze is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Over the past decade, Mr. Stoltze has advised on numerous M&A transactions across Europe with a focus on distribution businesses and the broader industrials space.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Stoltze spent his career at Baird.
Mr. Stoltze holds a B.A. double degree in Business from the University of Portsmouth and FH Münster University of Applied Sciences and an M.S. in Corporate Finance from SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis.
