Henriette Madsen Morandi

Ms. Madsen Morandi is Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Finance, Europe, at Houlihan Lokey. Her responsibilities include the management, recruitment, development, and growth of the European Corporate Finance business and personnel in close collaboration with other senior management, heads of industry groups, and internal operations departments. Ms. Madsen Morandi is based in the firm’s London office.

Previously, Ms. Madsen Morandi was at Quayle Munro, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2018. While there, she was a Director advising on a range of global M&A transactions across the data and analytics space and, latterly, held various operational and personnel responsibilities. Ms. Madsen Morandi also worked at UBS London in the European Media & Telecoms Group and began her career in Equity Trading at Nordea Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Ms. Madsen Morandi holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
