Henriette Madsen Morandi
Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Finance, EuropeMs. Madsen Morandi is Chief Operating Officer for Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business in Europe. She has more than a decade of corporate finance experience and has worked on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions, equity raisings, and corporate advisory roles predominantly in the media sector but also in the telecom and technology sectors. Ms. Madsen Morandi is based in the firm’s London office.
Ms. Madsen Morandi was the Director of Staff for Quayle Munro prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2018. She joined Quayle Munro in 2011 after spending five years in the European Media and Telecoms team at UBS in London. Before joining UBS, she worked as an Equity Trader at Nordea Bank in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Ms. Madsen Morandi graduated from the University of Copenhagen with a BSc and an MSc in Economics.
