Mr. Oshima is an Executive Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. His expertise includes the industrials and technology sectors. Mr. Oshima is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Oshima was an Executive Director at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA, he worked for Mizuho Securities’ Investment Banking Division as a TMT coverage banker focused on consumer and industrial electronics. He has experience in M&A and financing through supporting business and financial strategies of companies in the general and commercial electronics sectors.
Mr. Oshima holds a B.A. in Economics from Kobe University.
