Mr. Yenaropulos is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has more than three decades of financial experience. Mr. Yenaropulos is based in the firm’s São Paulo office.
Previously, Mr. Yenaropulos was a Managing Director at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Before that, he worked in Globant’s corporate development group, where he led six transactions to completion, with responsibilities ranging from due diligence to SPA closing. Prior to working with Globant, Mr. Yenaropulos held financial leadership positions with several key Latin American companies, including Belatrix Software, Hidronor Chile, Viña San Pedro Wine Group, and PwC.
Mr. Yenaropulos holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Cuyo and an MBA in Financial Planning and Services from the University of Pittsburgh.
