Mr. Fleming is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. His experience includes buyside and sellside M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Fleming is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Fleming has successfully managed and executed M&A transactions for publicly traded and privately held companies across a variety of sectors. His recent transaction experience includes Performance Food Group Co.’s (NYSE:PFGC) acquisition of Core-Mark (NASDAQ:CORE), the sale of Condado Tacos to The Beekman Group, and the sale of The Diamond Chain Co., a subsidiary of Amsted Industries, to The Timken Co. (NYSE:TKR).
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Fleming was an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at BMO Capital Markets.
Mr. Fleming holds a B.A. from Bowdoin College.
