Mr. Brookman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he focuses on the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance sector. His responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, and strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Brookman is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Brookman held an internship role at Ares Management, a global alternative asset management firm based in Los Angeles.
Mr. Brookman holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
