Mr. Kazim is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He specializes in portfolio valuations and has several years of experience in the financial services industry, including valuing privately held businesses and assets across industries and geographies for portfolio valuation, financial reporting, litigation, and general corporate planning purposes. Mr. Kazim is based in the firm’s Dubai office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Kazim was an Engagement Leader at Empire Valuation Consultants in New York, where he provided business valuation services to clients. Additional prior experience includes co-managing a global, multi-asset class portfolio at Massar Investments, a family office based in Dubai, as well as a private equity summer associate role with the Abraaj Group.
Mr. Kazim holds a B.Com. with distinction from the University of Toronto and an MBA from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
