Mr. Zakai is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He has more than two decades of experience in investment banking, having completed a wide variety of M&A and capital-raising transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, consumer, and industrials. Mr. Zakai is based in the firm’s Tel Aviv office.
Previously, Mr. Zakai was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA, he was with Barclays’ investment banking team based in Tel Aviv, where he focused on covering Israeli clients. Before that, Mr. Zakai worked for the corporate finance M&A team at Lehman Brothers in Tel Aviv and London. Earlier, he worked at Goldfarb Law Firm.
Mr. Zakai holds a B.A. in Business and an LL.B. from The Interdisciplinary Center as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
