Mr. Ulianchuk is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has experience in M&A and international markets. Mr. Ulianchuk is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Notable transactions include the sale of Infection Point Systems to Perficient (NYSE:PRFT); the sale of Starschema to HCLTech; the sale of Zaelab to Superstep Capital; the sale of Overdrive Interactive to Capitala; and the sale of Dextra Technologies to Deloitte.
Previously, Mr. Ulianchuk was a Vice President at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. Before that, he served as an Associate at Wood Warren, an investment banking firm for consumer companies, and spent nearly three years at Tully & Holland, where he executed M&A transactions for consumer and e-commerce companies.
Mr. Ulianchuk holds a B.A. in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance and an M.S. in Finance from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business.
