Mr. Sallstrom is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has worked on a variety of restructuring transactions, including American Tire Distributors, Aceto Corp., Westinghouse, Edison Mission Energy, Dynegy Holdings, NewPage Corp., Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings, Lyondell Chemical Co., Neff Corp., and White Energy. He is based in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sallstrom was the Chief Financial Officer of Pipestone Holdings, one of the largest sow management and swine veterinary companies in the United States.
Mr. Sallstrom holds a B.S.B. in Finance and Accounting from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
